What if my child runs out of minutes?


We always want your child to complete their learning opportunity. If your child runs out of minutes, the clock will just tick over and the unpaid minutes will appear in your account for next time.

Let’s say your account only has 4 minutes left, but your child needs 15 minutes of help. We will continue the session, and your account would show less 11 minutes next time.  These minutes will then be deducted the next time your account is topped up - either when your monthly subscription rolls into the next billing period, or if you purchase additional minutes.
